We do not accept returns and will not issue a refund as these products are all handmade. However, if you received a damaged item or it breaks please reach out to us via email or on our social platforms and we would be more than happy to assist you and determine the steps to take. We strive to provide quality products and if you have any issues with a handmade piece, we will do our best to fix the damaged product free of charge.
